First National Bank Apartments
Richmond, VA circa 1913
We recently completed work on this project, which consisted of contract documents for the adaptive reuse of a 19-story First National Bank Building dating from 1913 and the “first skyscraper in Richmond, Virginia”. The building is located in downtown Richmond and is approximately 120,000 square feet for the tower. There is also a 4-story annex that was built around 1960 and has approximately 36,000 square feet of office space. The third structure included in this project is a 6 level 297 space cast-in-place parking garage built around 1960. The main tower and the annex were converted into apartments. Our office also provided construction administration services for this project.
