Movieland at Boulevard Square

(former Richmond Locomotive & Machine Works) - Richmond, VA (circa 1887)

McPherson Design Group assisted in the design of this adaptive re-use project, which converted the former Richmond Locomotive and Machine Works building into a mixed-use facility with a full-scale, 52,000 square foot movie theater with stadium seating, a restaurant, and retail space.
