McPherson Design Group completed contract documents for this four-story, 52,000 square foot hotel on USAA Drive in Norfolk, Virginia. The building was constructed of precast planks supported on masonry bearing walls. The building is supported on conventional shallow foundations and the first floor is a slab on grade. The design included utilizing a Porte Cochere at the front entrance and an elevated pool built over the lobby area.
