Obici Healthcare Offices

Suffolk, Virginia

This project included full services for a 6,250 square foot building that will contain offices for Obici Healthcare. The building will be three (3) stories in height, framed with wood and brick veneer, and the front porch and handicap ramp will be constructed of concrete. The plans were prepared similar to residential construction, meaning we provided a “builders set” of drawings. This level of drawings includes a foundation plan, floor framing plans, roof framing plan, general notes, and the minimal amount of details required to cover the basic design. Our office is also currently providing special inspection services for this project.
