Promenade at Cedar Road

McPherson Design Group provided structural engineering services for this new five hundred (500) foot long, forty-one thousand (41,000) square foot strip shopping center. This project also included a one (1) story, five thousand (5,000) square foot stand-alone building next to the strip shopping center. Both buildings are supported by shallow spread footings. McPherson Design Group also provided construction administration services for this project.
