NEX Car Care Center, JEB Little Creek - Fort Story

This project included the design of a new 17,592 square foot Car Care Center. The project also included a Service Shop with 20 automotive bays, a retail store, customer service and waiting areas, administrative offices and facility support functions. Anti-Terrorism Force Protection standards were incorporated into the design and the building was designed to achieve USGBC LEED Silver Certification. The estimated construction cost for this project was $5 Million.
