Belmont at Providence

This project consisted of the design of a clubhouse and thirteen (13) buildings that will incorporate three-story walk up apartment homes. There will be a total of 300 units in the complex. Handicap Accessible Units were included in our design, as well as ADA Compliant features in the public areas.

Belmont at Freemason Apartments

Norfolk, Virginia

This project included contract documents for the design of a six (6) story precast parking garage with one seven (7) story apartment building on one side and a four (4) story apartment building on the other side. Across the street there are two (2), seven (7) story apartment buildings that are identical. Handicap Accessible Units were included in our design, as well as ADA Compliant features in the public areas. Our office also provided structural inspections of adjacent buildings to the Belmont site and vibration monitoring during construction, as well as Special Inspection services. Our Design Team was awarded the 2010 Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) Award of Merit for Best Multi-Family for this Project.

Belmont at Greenbrier

This project included project documents for the design of the Belmont at Greenbrier Apartment Complex, which includes 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units ranging in size from 800 square feet to 1,250 square feet. Handicap Accessible Units were included in our design, as well as ADA Compliant features in the public areas.
