McPherson Design Group completed contract documents for this 122,000-square foot project, which will include 288 Units – flats and townhouses. There are nine (9) types of buildings with several buildings that will be reused. These buildings include:

1.  Building A, which is 3-stories and approximately 20,640 square feet
2.  Building B, which is 3-stories and approximately 20,000 square feet
3.  Building C, which is 3-stories and approximately 27,000 square feet
4.  Building D, which is 3-stories and approximately 20,000 square feet
5.  Building E, which is 3-stories and approximately 15,570 square feet
6.  Row House Building, which is 3-stories and approximately 10,800 square feet
7.  6 Garage Buildings approximately, which are approximately 2,000 square feet
8.  1 Clubhouse that is approximately 6,000 square feet
9.  1 Clubhouse that is approximately 1,400 square feet

This project required HUD approval. Handicap Accessible Units were included in the design, as well as ADA Compliant features in the public areas. Our office also provided construction administration services for this project.
