McPherson Design Group provided structural engineering services for this project which included seven (7) apartment buildings, a clubhouse, a maintenance building, freestanding garages and an in-ground pool. The apartment buildings will have a total of two hundred and twenty-four (224) units ranging from one (1) to three (3) bedrooms in size. McPherson Design Group also provided Special Inspections for this project.

Meridian at Denbigh

Newport News, Virginia

McPherson Design Group provided structural engineering services for this project, which consisted of eleven (11) buildings total with seven (7) four (4)- Story and two (2) three (3)- story buildings, a clubhouse and a maintenance building. The project included nine (9) different types of buildings and a total of one hundred sixty-eight (168) apartment units in the complex. McPherson Design Group also provided Special Inspections services for this project.

Petersburg, Virginia

This project included contract documents for a 13 Building Apartment Complex that are 3-stories in height. There are seven different types of buildings and a total of 300 Apartments in the Complex. We also provided contract documents for a Clubhouse, Maintenance Building, and Garage.

Meridian Watermark Apartments

Chesterfield County, Virginia

This project included contract documents for four (4) three-story buildings and eight (8) four-story buildings. The four story buildings will have elevators, and there will be a total of 300 units in the complex. The project also included a utility building, a typical garage structure, and a clubhouse with a racquetball and a handball court. Handicap Accessible Units were included in the design, as well as ADA Compliant features in the public areas.
