Red Mill Landing Apartments and Clubhouse

McPherson Design Group provided contract documents for this project, which included 72 units total that will be in four buildings. The buildings are three-story walk-up apartments, and there will be two different building types and three different unit types. Our office also completed contract documents for a Clubhouse for the complex, as well as retail space, Red Mill Commons.

Our Design Team won an Honor Award "in recognition of creative and innovative development solutions in non-residential Development for the retail portion of this project…” from the 2011 Virginia Beach Planning Commission Design Awards Program.
