Sterling Court and King Court Apartments

(714 Court Street and 600 Washington Street), Portsmouth, Virginia (2014)

This project included contract documents for two (2) new apartment buildings. The buildings are four (4) story wood framed structures with a total square footage of approximately 42,000 square feet for 600 Washington Street and 60,000 square feet for 714 Court Street. There will be a total of approximately 108 Units along with a small amount of office and retail space. 714 Court Street will have a roof top terrace. We also provided construction administration services for this project.
