McPherson Design Group provided contract documents for this project, which included a 5-Story, 56-Unit Building with a roof top deck and retail space on the first floor.

Our Team received the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) Award of Excellence in the category of “Best Multi-Family”, as well as the Juror’s Award for this project in November 2009.
