McPherson Design Group has completed numerous projects for Kerneos, Inc. over the years, including new design, structural evaluations, etc.  In 2014, McPherson Design Group completed the structural design for a new 7,200 square foot clinker storage building.  The walls of the building were designed to handle the lateral pressure of twelve (12) feet of clinker.  Clinker is a type of gravel that contains aluminum sulfate.  It is ground into a fine powder and used as the binding agent in many cement products.
