Hampton Armory Structural Assessment & Feasibility Study

McPherson Design Group completed this Project for Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Our scope of work included field investigation and the preparation of a Report on the structural condition of the existing building, as well as a feasibility discussion to determine whether a second floor could be added to the building. Our work included field investigation, calculations for feasibility of a second floor, a rough cost estimate, a Report, and several meetings with HRHA. This building has since been renovated to house a new restaurant/entertainment facility called The Vangaard.
