Isle of Wight Museum

McPherson Design Group completed a Structural Facility Condition Inspection of this historic 3-story building that includes a basement and provided a Report to Isle of Wight County.  Our office also completed contract documents for renovations to the Museum.  The renovations included repairs to the failing slab at the basement level, repairs to settlement cracks throughout the structure, and stabilization of several areas of the building where the foundations were settling.
