This project included the design of a new 50 foot long pier for a 15-ton travel lift; approximately 250 feet of bulkhead, which will be in segments located at each floating dock and at the travel lift; and a new two (2) lane Boat Ramp with three (3) finger Piers. We also provided the design of anchor piles for four (4) separate floating docks with a total of approximately 100 boat slips. This project included the demolition of existing floating piers, finger slips, associated pilings, and associated pier utility connections. It also included the design and installation of new floating piers and fingers, associated pilings, associated utility connections, and new bulkheads at existing locations. The piers will be constructed of Brazilian hardwood and will use the “Sullivan Flotation System-Wood Dock System”.
