Gray’s Creek Marina Renovation

MDG provided structural engineering services for this complete marina renovation. The structural portion of the project included designing a fixed pier that will be used for fishing and crabbing, designing the anchor piles for the new floating docks, and the renovation of the existing wood framed, two (2) story building. The existing building had a total square footage of 4,365 square feet. The project also included a 1,000 square foot addition to the building. Additionally, MDG provided construction administration services for this project.
